The Wx4 Executive Committee has designated this new (April 1, 2006) medal* to be awarded to somebody for something, or for whatever. We have no recipients yet, although we have nominated the unknown individual whose photo we purloined borrowed for use on our Dardanelle & Russelville RR page. Come and get it, guy!
